Erythrodermic psoriasis. Disease appeared after a general drug allergy. Patient recovered from acute symptoms with short dexa cure course of high doses of dexa but the problem reaccured often and we had to repeat the treatment regularly... For such patient in a poor hospice we have to accept that skin will never be perfect for more than a few days... Mild generalized psoriasis is less dangerous than chronic use of corticosteroids and short course of high dose of corticosteroids is less dangerous than chronix use of corticosteroids in normal or low dose...
